I am a full-time REALTOR® who is very familiar with the different neighborhoods in the city of Chicago and suburban areas. Having grown up in the northern suburbs of Chicago, I spent the last 21 years in the city where I lived in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and Logan Square. I spent 20 years in education as a social worker in schools and as a special education administrator working with students with special needs. This experience has given me extremely strong communication and listening skills and a vast knowledge of different schools and school districts. I love helping first time home buyers and educating them on the home buying process and when to buy a home. I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative as well as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and the additional training has provided me insight into working with people going through various transitions in life. I also served as the Assistant Sales Manager at the Hamptons of Hinsdale during the last phase of new construction, so I have experience in new construction and development.
I am very involved in my community and am currently serving as a Condo Association board member and past president and volunteer at Gilda’s Club of Chicago. Professionally, I am a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, the Illinois Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In my free time, I enjoy Pilates, yoga, cooking/baking, reading, and knitting.
I acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Kansas and a Masters of Social Work degree from University of Illinois in Chicago. I also have a Master of Arts degree from Chicago State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Staci is a wonderful and professional realtor who is also very personable. Being new to Chicago, our list of "must haves" and "wishes" were constantly changing as we figured out our budget and neighborhood preferences. Staci went with the flow and smiled through all of it. She sent us new property listings almost immediately after any changes and arranged our showings right away. She was attentive to our budget and concerns, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to a friend! - Lauren Michelle
Staci is fantastic! I found out I needed to find a place within a short span of time, and a friend recommended her to me. Staci helped me find a place I could afford and that I absolutely love. She was very responsive and offered great advice throughout the process. - Molly
She was an absolute life-saver in finding a great place on a tight budget. She is extremely responsive to emails and calls, as well as knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone! - Julia
We are so happy that we met Staci at an open house and that we decided to ask her to help us find our first home! We were clueless; she was incredible. Staci is, first and foremost, a great listener. She somehow made sense of all of the things that we were looking for and set up several sets of showings that immediately made it clear how we wanted to narrow down our options. Staci was also a fantastic guide through the whole first time purchaser process. She never pushed her opinions on us but was always available to give us suggestions on inspectors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, what to say, what not to say, Staci honestly made the process run incredibly smoothly and we never felt like we were in the dark about what was going on. On top of that, Staci is just an incredible person. She was fun to talk to, obviously liked her job, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping us find our new home. She was also always available by phone or email. If you are looking for someone to help you find a new home that you will love in Chicago, I would highly recommend Staci Yesner! - Laura
I cannot recommend Staci high enough! From the first time I contacted her to the day of the closing on my house she provided reliable, quality, and professional service. She truly listened to my need s, took the time to discuss my options with me, explained things thoroughly about the housing market and properties we looked at, and broke down issues if I was not sure of something. She ALWAYS did what she said she was going to do promptly. Staci wanted me to find the home that was the best fit for my needs and her actions showed this desire to put her client's needs first. This showed up until the last day of the purchase. I cannot say enough about Staci's communication and responsiveness not only to me, but with others involved in the real estate transaction. She usually responded to phone calls, emails, texts within the hour if not sooner. She always informed me of what was going on and made sure I knew what I needed to do to move the home purchase ahead. If I need a real estate agent in the future I am calling Staci Yesner!! - Ryan
I interacted with Staci Yesner exclusively. She is fantastic. The process went much smoother than I thought and I am aware my wife and I are challenging buyers. Staci did an excellent job, especially considering her dad was going through severe health issues at the same time. Would definitely use her services again. - Ricardo
Staci went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find, close and move into a pied a terre we absolutely love. She saw to every detail necessary to make it one of the fastest and easiest purchases I have made. - Daniel
Staci was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful during my home buying process. She made sure everyone was on the same page and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I will not hesitate to recommend Staci to others and am planning on working with her again in the future. -Laura
